Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy

At Axis Spine, we utilize an evidence-based approach with an emphasis on manual therapy to restore joint mechanics. The goal of physical therapy is to improve segmental mobility and core stabilization. This combination will improve your ability to perform functional tasks each day, both at home and at work.

Comprehensive Individualized Treatment

Physical therapy focuses on improving musculoskeletal issues, along with the optimization of strength, balance, and coordination. When your musculoskeletal system is functioning at optimal levels, it provides support to your bony anatomy and spine, preventing injuries.
Manual therapy, combined with exercise and core strength, helps:

  • Improve spinal and joint mechanics
  • Minimize wear and tear
  • Prevent further injury

As your spine care team, our joint approach is designed to be collaborative and optimize best care practices. We commit to providing an individualized treatment plan for your spine health. Call today for more information.
