Family Nurse Practitioner
Colleen Graey, MSN, FNP-BC
Colleen Graey is a Nurse Practitioner at Northwest Specialty Hospital’s Axis Spine Center who specializes in Interventional Pain Management. She holds an undergraduate degree from Loma Linda University and a graduate degree from Sonoma State University.
She spent the early part of her career practicing in northern California in a variety of clinical settings, including the VA, primary care, and emergency medicine, as well as
a forensic examiner for sexual assault survivors. She moved to North Idaho in 2018, and has worked at several facilities providing palliative care and interventional pain management. She recently joined the NWSH healthcare family to be part of a quality team at Axis Spine Center. She comes to NWSH after more than two decades of practice.
When not compassionately tending to her patients, you will find Colleen out enjoying the great outdoors. She is an avid skier and enjoys numerous other activities and pastimes in her very active life: hiking, biking, kayaking, horseback riding – and even barrel racing! She also enjoys traveling the world.
