Physical and Mental Health Benefits of Regular Yoga Practice

As we all know, the benefits of physical activity on our health, far outweigh the risks. But when we think about physical activity, we sometimes skip over yoga, assuming that it is too relaxed or laid back to provide benefits. I am here to tell you that we are all very wrong! Many studies and articles have been written and researched on the overall physical and mental benefits that are associated with regular yoga practice.

“If you want to relax, watch the clouds pass by if you’re laying on the grass, or sit in front of the creek; just doing nothing and having those still moments is what really rejuvenates the body…”

Take some time. Treat yourself. You deserve it.
